Like all Kerry towns, entertainment is very much to the forefront in Castlelsland. The town comes to life during the traditional Padraig O Keeffe festival. Traditional musicians come from all over to honour the local fiddle player each October.
A visit to the annual Halloween festival in Knocknagoshel is a must. Everyone in the town, young and old, gets involved and in costume. A wonderful occassion for all of the family. There are a host of activities available for both the young & young at heart.
Crag Caves, one of the largest cave systems in Ireland and is over one million years old. A day at Crag Caves offers visitors an opportunity to experience first hand the history associated its’ evolution. Crag Cave also boasts an indoor adventure centre for kids as well as on site café & shop.
